STRATOS Consulting Group, LLC (“STRATOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparency regarding billing and payments. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for our services.
Consulting Services
All professional consulting services are billed based on time, scope, or project agreements.

Completed consulting services are non-refundable

Fees for services already rendered, partially completed, or delivered are not eligible for refunds

Any disputes regarding scope or billing must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date
Managed Services (MSP)
Managed IT, cybersecurity, and support services are provided on a monthly, yearly, or contract basis.

Monthly managed service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started

Yearly managed service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started

No refunds will be issued for unused time, early termination, or partial months

Services are governed by a separate Managed Services Agreement (MSA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Cybersecurity Services
Cybersecurity services may include monitoring, threat detection, assessments, remediation, and incident response.

Cybersecurity services are non-refundable due to the nature of continuous monitoring and risk exposure

One-time assessments or audits are non-refundable once work has begun

Incident response services are billed as performed and are not refundable
Subscription-Based Services
For subscription or recurring services:

Subscription fees are non-refundable

Cancellations must be submitted in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement

Access to subscription services continues through the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated
Hardware, Software, and Third-Party Services
Refunds for third-party products, licenses, software, or hardware are subject to the vendor’s refund policy.

STRATOS does not guarantee refunds for third-party products

Any approved refunds are subject to restocking fees, vendor policies, or administrative charges
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been billed in error, please notify STRATOS in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact STRATOS directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery actions.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only at STRATOS’s sole discretion and must be documented in writing. No verbal refund approvals are valid.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
